This is one of a few paintings I did of a local dairy farm. The cows there have so much space and such a variety of land. They have fields of grass, streams, forests, muddy hills, lots of food and shade, whatever they need. A veterinarian we know told us that the farm may look muddy and dirty but it has the cleanest and best milk around.
Lately I’ve been really enjoying the saturated colors due to rain. The color of grass is darker and greener, stones and rocks are more colorful and tree trunks have a deeper color.
